Format
From submission to a winning idea
Present
Selected submitters present their projects live to the room, in person in NYC or virtually.
Discuss
An open discussion follows each round of presentations, with feedback from the audience.
Vote
The audience votes on the strongest project. The winner is developed further with GTT leaders, backed by all donations collected during the event.
Who can submit
Anyone with a climate idea
Mainly students, recent graduates, and young professionals, anywhere in the world, but anyone with a climate idea is welcome. Your project can be an early concept, a campus or community initiative, a research idea, a prototype, or an organisation already running.
- Solo submissions and teams are both welcome.
- Projects at any stage, from idea to launched.
- Present in person in NYC or join virtually.
- No fee to submit or attend.
Getting to September 27
- Thu, Sept 24Project submission deadline at 11:59 PM ET.
- After Sept 24Selected presenters are contacted by email with pitch details.
- Sun, Sept 27Event day at Climate Week NYC, 10 AM to 12 PM ET, followed by a networking reception.
